Not happy with their service!!!
Positive: The hotel is clean and good location. Negative: very bad service! Wifi was not working at all, we explained many times to reception and they promised to fix it from the first night till the fourth night but they did nothing. They even didn’t care ! Also they blocked some amount from my card but till now which more than 10days they still didn’t unblock it. I called them more than 6times but still they didn’t do anything. The manger Mr Omar promised me to follow and contact me but he never did. Very very unprofessional staff !!!

Pro: About the hotel, it has a great impression about the decorations and interior designs which are elegant, clean, and classy. About the staffs, they are organized, professional and very helpful to give you tips and advices for tourist information. About the location: it is perfect for visiting places, good restaurants and shopping Con: Only during the Jazz event, we has a reservation for just having a drink during the music event, not including dinner because we can’t eat late for the health issue. We sat there for half an hour and had no service. As we decided to order the drink from the bar, the server started asking for assistance. We had 1 glass of champagne and 1 glass of red wine. What’s a welcoming!
