Winning combo of friendly staff & updated rooms
Was in NY for meetings at the brand new Virgin hotel two blocks away. This was better much better priced. The front desk staff persons are efficient, friendly and genuine. Number and location of outlets A++! Comfy bed. Only complaint during my 5 night stay: slamming doors by guests coming in and out at all hours. Hotel would be wise to put some soft-close springs on those doors.

customer service was great and the place has great potential, however on this particular visit I received a less than stellar room that wasn't cleaned well at all. The hotel acted quickly to try and fix the issue and I would definitely think about giving them another chance.
