Exceptionally clean and gorgeously remodeled. This was a lovely place to stay. The old elevator is pretty cool; this is a historic building that is close to other tourist attractions—everything is very walkable from this location. The breakfast buffet is really good too. Would stay here again.

We stayed for one night at the end of our road trip round Italy and it was the best night’s sleep of the whole trip! The bed was so incredibly comfortable, the bed linens were insanely soft and the room was quiet despite the central location. The air con worked well, the shower was very good and toiletries provided were excellent. We also appreciated the free drinks in the minibar! The reception staff were friendly, particularly the gentleman on checkout. There isn’t parking onsite, but we parked in a car park only a few minutes walk away and paid €18 for 24 hours. The car park was locked overnight (8pm-7:30am) so it felt secure and we didn’t need a car while we explored Genoa as the hotel is so conveniently located. We didn’t have dinner or breakfast at the hotel as there were so many great options in town. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly and would rebook it.

Close to the train station, clean and spacious room, and friendly/helpful staff. Beautiful elevator. Stocked mini-bar. I will for sure stay here again when I come to visit with the family. Gorgeous room furniture and high ceilings. Nice touch with the slippers and walk-in closet. Hotel is just a few minutes from the train station and very close to restaurants and cafes, but still away from the crowds. Perfect!!! Good price for the quality!!!
