Typical of European hotels, efficient, clean and differently decorated. Breakfast was exceptional!! Lots of choices and great coffee machines!! Staff was amazingly sweet and helpful!! Will stay again if we travel to Munich and need an airport hotel! There was a really good Italian restaurant directly across the parking lot that had great food and service!! Highly recommend if staying in this particular hotel, for dinner.

Yes, the room was spotless and the place very clean, but most importantly was the staff and their names were Dina and Bastian .. both of them went out of their way with amazing customer service.
