Great hotel
This hotel is excellent. We arrived early and asked if we could store our luggage and to our surprise we were able to check in early since we are Hilton members. The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was a huge bonus. They offer a great selection of items so everyone was able to find something to eat. It's location is perfect. We were able to walk to Central Park and Times Square. A subway station is just a block away so that made traveling easy. I highly recommend this hotel!

Just okay
Rooms are extremely small. No where to put away your clothes or your bags. Plugs in bedside table didn’t work. Breakfast was mediocre. It was a clean place to sleep and that is about it.

No cell phone service (T Mobile) in my hotel room; breakfast wasn’t great; elevators were pretty bad in the mornings; and when I tried to take stairs instead, there was no useful signage to get to my room.

Habitación chica y sin ventajas. No tenía microondas ni heladera. El precio fue excesivamente alto por un cuarto que no lo vália. Me arrepiento de haberlo elegido. Algo que no me pasa seguido.El desayuno menos que básico. No me gustó en absoluto mi estadía aquí.
