Perfect location for relaxing Quiet nothing crazy but plenty to do around perfect location close to everything

I loved the location, sea view which we paid for, selection of food and the bar area. I didn’t like the fact that the cleaning women for our room never gave us soap or shampoo when it was gone I had to ask for soap which I thought in a four star hotel they would automatically be replaced. I also didn’t like two bar men in the bar at night time the rest were really really nice. One man just wouldn’t serve me on three occasions he left me stand at the bar and another older bar man gave out to us on our last night just before 12 o’clock as we ordered an extra drink to bring up to the room even though we were all inclusive he told us we had too many in front of us. We had 2.5 each which was 5. He was very snotty to us, we could have drank there all night if we wanted but we went out nearly every night and then back to our bar and we liked to have another drink to bring up to our room as we had a fabulous view

Had a great week. Room was as described, made up daily and got clean towels daily. Pool area was well kept. Food was nice with plenty choice and staff were lovely. Location was ideal, will definitely return!

The resort it self was nice, clean, quiet, nice pool area and tanning deck but the beds are pretty hard. The food was ok but pretty bland and the same options everyday. Would’ve rather stayed at non all inclusive and tried more restaurants around the area. The Mediterranean dinner night was deivine tho!

Animation Team were excellent, very friendly and enthusiastic and brilliant at encouraging the kids to participate in activities particularly Bob and Shirley Very good array of activities given it was Fen and off peak season.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the ocean view room I had. Food was very very good. Excellent service in restaurant, not so good in the bar. Weights in exercise room were minimal. But overall it was a pleasant well run place/hotel.

Nice hotel, beach is only hundred meters away. Nice town area the hotel is in.

the location is perfect. on the beach and shops nearby also near the bus stop. the animation staff are so much fun and great great at their job. the room is lovely and kept very clean. the toilets downstairs are not great though and the last day we were there, they were deplorable. i dont like the archery and rifle shooting to be downstairs too..the steps are steep and it like a cave. last year it was beside the pool bar and a much better place

El hotel está bien. Comida bastante buena, la habitación era pequeña, pero las vistas al mar lo compensaban. Lo que hay q destacar es el personal, sobre todo Rafael y Petra de recepción, siempre con una sonrisa e intentando ayudar. Repetiría sin problemas!!!
