A severely disappointing, poorly managed experience marred by severe overcrowding, cold food shortages, and indifferent management.
Severe Overcrowding & Disorganization: The resort was heavily overbooked, severely understaffed, and completely unequipped to handle the crowd. Guests were met with a general sense of chaos and discomfort when trying to request assistance or address issues.
The food was uniformly poor, frequently cold, lacked healthy or fresh options, and was served during inconvenient, restrictive hours.
The resort completely ran out of food during multiple dinner and breakfast services, resulting in us missing meals entirely.
Even the staff openly admitted the food was sub-par, apologizing on behalf of the chef. However, management showed complete indifference and offered no solutions or accountability.
Transportation to the Beach access was heavily advertised as easy and convenient, but resort shuttles were fully booked solid. Guests had to rely on expensive alternative transportation, finding that taking a local cab was ultimately faster and cheaper.
The Spa: The only bright spot was the spa, which was pleasant and quiet—largely because nobody else was visiting it during our stay, which ultimately raised further concerns about the property.
For the price paid, the lack of basic amenities, running out of food, and management not willing to do anything when told about it shows they don’t care and I would not recommend anyone to stay there.
