Staff was very friendly, housekeeping very good, breakfast also good. Breakfast selection could have more variety from one day to another, not just every day the same or another coffee maker instead of just one for all people. But compared to the room issues that is not important. Room however was very simple and extremely small - width of the room is the width of a door with of a single bed; length of the room is just the length of a single bed the a bit space to open the window without hitting the bed. The room is more appropriate for a cheap motel than a hotel charging such prices per night! Safe also useless since it is very light and NOT fixed to anything - anyone could just grab the safe and leave! Desk - just a piece of wood fixed to the wall; not even enough space to sit anywhere if you have luggage in the room - unusable. Definitely not worth the money.

Pretty little gem
I ended up in Rome because of a missed flight connection and had nowhere to stay. This was the only decently priced hotel I found minutes before midnight. And it was a little gem. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The receptionist was really nice and even tried to find me something to eat even if they didn't have anything available. He also booked my taxi for the morning. The lady in the breakfast room, Mary I think was an angel. Overall it was a great experience considering I was having a really bad day. Thank you for everything

Nice property. Conveniently located to the bus station and some restaurants. They gave us one wrong room but compensated by including breakfast. No issues with the other room from the beginning. One thing that could improve is the staff’s attitude in the breakfast room when they repeatedly let guests know that they have to pay for the breakfast, that kept us from having breakfast there again.
