Great location
A well situated hotel perfect for exploring the city on foot. the upgraded rooms are excellent in the Bookquet part of the hotel but the older rooms are badly in need of refurbishment, carpets are worn and the decor is tired. There was a mix up with our rooms but it was sorted. We were given a family room as they had no twin rooms left. The shower was over the bath and the bath was so high that I had difficulty getting in and out of it. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. If I was to visit Prague again, I would definitely stay there but I would make sure to book a room in the Bookquet part.

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, the staff have been really welcoming and helpful! We were given a room upgrade which was a very nice gesture. The room was incredible. Very spacious and room service was amazing too. The hotel is in a great location with amazing cafés and restaurants nearby. It is also close to popular attractions such as Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock and many more. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
