Expect historic property. Small rooms but very comfortable! Beds were excellent! Everything you need for a great stay. We were in a cabin with a wooded view in the back. Steps away from a fabulous view of the Tetons! The Mural restaurant is terrific! The views are breathtaking in the lodge. Staff is great! I have had breakfast, dinner and lunch there. All were excellent. I love being out of the congestion of Jackson. In the fall, elk bugled until bedtime. We will repeat our visit! Highly recommend!!!

Great location and theming. I stayed in one of the cute cabins. Very nice size with single cup coffee maker and little refrigerator. No TV which I also knew before arrival. There seemed to be heat but no AC which I expected. There was a ceiling fan, nicely located ice machine. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Great products like shampoo conditioner etc. Main building had nice lounge and restaurants, Nice gift shops. Great view of the Tetons.

The views of the Grand Tetons are absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the Blue Herron Lounge for outdoor drinks, first class dining and mountain views in The Mural Room [our server Emma was amazing], and breakfast at the Pioneer Grill! Highly recommend all, even the coffee cart was great! All the staff seemed to love their jobs and were so helpful [Thanks Jenna for a very easy check in]. We stayed in one of the cottages and loved the outdoor patio, comfortable beds, clean room, and close access to everything. The activity concierge was extremely helpful with day hikes and other expeditions. Hope to be back again soon!

Room clean, comfortable bed and nice view from the lobby were the only positive points. Old cabins and equipments. You have the impression to be in a motel. You can hear your neighbours as you were in the same room, and the cars just beside your windows arriving late and leaving early each day. You have the impression also to be on a fast food corner in the lobby with the several fast restaurants options. Really noisy. Nothing with healthy food to pass a good time like in a normal restaurant. For the price of a 5 stars hotel with no breakfast and no cleaning in 3 days, I was expecting more than a motel! Sad as the site is wonderful.
