Spacious clean rooms in convenient location. Checking in via the website was easy. The air conditioning was not functioning well but fixed the next day after contacting the support team via WhatsApp. The only gripe is on the water pressure of the shower but that’s the way it is in most of Europe.

Lovely apartment hotel

Awesome, easy, great accommodations near Centrale station. This had everything we needed for our family. One room had a king bed the other two twins— which was perfect for the kids. It was clean and quiet and very easy to find and access. We loved the natural light and bug windows.

Apartment is on a very busy street, near a junction with trams and street cleaners working late into the night, but I actually enjoyed being above the hustle and bustle, being able to see all that was going on.

Lovely apartment, very spacious, comfortable and clean. We were a group of 6 and there was more than enough space. It’s easy to access the property with the instructions and communication from Numa and the self check in was smooth. It’s very close to Milan Central Station as well as tram stops and metro lines nearby so transport links are very good. Only downside is that the road noise was noticeable late at night and early in the morning but earplugs are provided as it’s in a busy area so there’s not much else that can be done to mitigate this. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend it when visiting Milan.
