I was truly impressed by this incredible hotel. Title: Absolutely Flawless Stay - Felt Safe, Pampered & At Home My experience at Rosewood São Paulo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. We truly felt safe and at home the entire time - which is priceless when traveling. Highlights: 1. Service: World-class. Every staff member anticipated our needs before we even asked. 2. Safety & Care: A special shoutout to Tatiana, our hotel taxi driver. She was an absolute angel - incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our safety. She waited for us and made sure we were secure at all times. Rosewood, please treasure her! 3. 24/7 Restaurant: The fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was a huge plus. Late night or early morning, quality food was always available. 4. Rooms & Bathrooms: Spacious, luxurious, and impeccably designed. The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. Alguns funcionários foram um tanto quanto presunçosos, diria assim. Letícia, no café da manhã, mesmo eu sendo hóspede, não quis acomodar a mim e meu filho no sofá do Le Jardin, sendo que todos os demais dias eu havia sentado ali. Ela disse que estava reservado. Depois de uma insistência constrangedora da minha parte, ela “permitiu” que eu sentasse. Fiz questão de observar e ninguém chegou para sentar em nenhum sofá durante o tempo que ali estive. Não existia reserva. Outro incidente também foi com uma funcionária da recepção que me negou uma taça de espumante no momento do meu checkout e depois ainda quis “dar bronca” no recepcionista que ofereceu a mim e à minha mãe. Está funcionária foi muito ríspida, pareceu-me mal treinada ou descontando algum problema pessoal no hóspede. Super nervosinha e grosseira. De resto, o hotel é sem dúvidas um 5 estrelas que não deixa nada a desejar. Apenas um reforço com a equipe para saber tratar de modo adequado uma mãe viajando sozinha com o filho de 7 anos seria de bom tom.
