Nice holiday apartment in a hilly and panoramic location, not far from Tavullia, Gradara and the coast of Cattolica. From here you can make interesting excursions to the San Bartolo Park with its unspoiled nature, and reach the beautiful towns of Rimini, Pesaro and San Marino. The context is very quiet with outdoor area planted with olive trees. The property has an independent entrance directly on the kitchen and living room area which leads to the furnished garden with a panoramic view of Tavullia and the rolling Marche hills. An internal staircase leads to the basement floor where there are a bedroom, a bathroom and laundry area.
