Easy and pleasant check in, room was clean and comfortable, beds we awesome, breakfast was very good check out was easy and of course since part of the amenities was free shuttle to airport I requested the service. unfortunately when it came time to go to airport, hotel provided free airport shuttle arrangements - Front desk knew I had a party of 3 adults with 3 carry-ons and 3 large suitcases (I thought it would be hotels passenger van)to my surprise, it turns out they hire an outside taxi in our case they sent a sedan to take us. But impossible to accommodate us in this 1 taxi hotel did offer to correct the trouble but it would have taken an additional 30min wait and we could not afford to be late. Thank goodness my cousin had came by to say goodbye and offered to help out and take our luggage. My take on this is that for the top $$$ this hotel charges ( amenities and convenience ) Hotel should have its own Company/Hotel passenger van which is what is usually expected by the client/guest.

An interesting place…
This hotel seems like it would rather just be a rooftop pool bar and restaurant than a hotel. Check in/out is on the 18th floor. When we checked in, the man asked if we booked on Expedia. We said we booked with hotels.com and he was visibly disappointed. So it wasn’t surprising that when we got to our room, it fell below our expectations. To start, the windows were completely frosted, so we couldn’t see outside. We could however hear everything happening at the bar and all of our neighbors’ rooms. What was really confounding was the lack of typical amenities for this type of hotel. Want tissues? None in the room. Need a washcloth or extra hand towel? None in the room either. Want to have some sent up or order a coffee via room service? Also, no. The location was the best part of this hotel. It was manageable for one night but I’m glad we weren’t there longer.

Not the typical hotel chain where you are just another number. The staff in this hotel are very friendly and accommodating. I am very particular, when it comes to dinner. The attendant (Ivan) who took my order was able to get me a meal that was not in the menu. The chef did such a great job, that my second night in the hotel I ordered the same (Tuna steak with vegetables on the grill)…..:)
