Not all staff was adhering to the mask rule. Lots of noise in hallways late at night. No signs of additional sanitary measures for the rooms either.

I got double charged, also outdated rooms
Stay itself was ok, we were disappointed because the room we got was a bit outdated and and did not match rooms on pictures on Hotels.com. Brightspot was pool but no crowd control during Covid so it was jam packed. A week after our stay we had an extra $106 charge I called the hotel and they said it was a "virtual card error" whatever that is, they said they will remove it but thats to be seen. Had I not noticed I'd be out $106. Service at front desk was slow and forgetful. No thank you, staying elsewhere next time.

No Covid precautions at this HOTEL! Avoid it!!
I was so disappointed in the lack of Covid precautions at this property and cannot believe this property received high ratings. The guy behind the counter at check in had no mask. Guests were walking throughout the entire property (breakfast area, lounge, lobby, bar) without masks and the housecleaning staff, cleaning the rooms did NOT have masks. I questioned the guy at the checkin area as to why everyone did not have masks on and he said they couldn't enforce it. He also said the staff behind the check in counter had plexi glass shield on their counter however the sheild was super small and certainly not air tight. I also saw him walk into the breakfast area and the bar without a mask several times. So he left his "plexi glass area!" Same for the bartender at the bar. He was roaming the entire first level of the property with no mask on. How can you enforce masks when the staff do not wear masks? Finally, the hot tub was under maintenance (which we knew going into this reservation), but the second day the pool was closed for maintenance the entire day as well! I did not feel safe at this property with the lack of Covid precautions and will never stay here again.

After having to wait for 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to get checked in. Get to our non smoking room and it smelled like someone just smoked a pack of cigarettes on there. So got moved to another room with the 2 smaller beds. Room was clean and didn’t smell like an ashtray. Breakfast items were very very limited. Most guest and even one of the staff members were not wearing masks.

This was one of the best places we have stayed..we stayed 2x in a week, we liked the 1st room the best, it was unique and the 2nd room was a standatd but still nice. Beds are amazing!! They have a nice warm breakfast and we appreciated the way they served it due to Covid. The employees were all so nice and helpful, I would give them 10 stars. We will definitely stay again. 😁😊
