floral suite with separate seating area and separate bathroom was perfect for our stay, and the breakfast delivered to your door in the morning was fantastic. Perfect location to explore beautiful Victoria.5 minutes walk to waterfront and 2 minutes from the stunning beacon hill park.

Great B&B
Great location, walking distance to restaurants, tourist attractions and shops. Very well kept home and our room, Celebration Room, was very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and owners very accommodating. Only problem was lack of proper lighting over sink for shaving and makeup.

A relaxing quick Valentine get away. David recommended a great local restaraunt for dinner and his breakfast was awesome.

Wonderful location, well kept home and our room, Celebration Room, was very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and very accommodating. Only problem was the tub. Very difficult to get in and out of. Not really safe for an older person at all.

Poor1.0 / 5
Live (Uncomfortably) Like Victorians in the 1900s
Our stay at this B&B was generally unpleasant. There is an overwhelming smell of mold and mildew throughout. We were in the "Edwards" room: the mattress was terrible (like sleeping directly on a box spring) and the bed frame rattled and squeaked with every movement; no top sheet on the bed and the duvet too hot to sleep under and no alternatives provided, so had to sleep in clothes; there was no shower, but a large jacuzzi tub bizarrely set right in a bay window overlooking the street, very awkward to use and obviously no privacy but to pull curtains around; no exhaust fan in the tiny toilet cubicle with obvious unpleasant consequences; wash basin in the main room, so no privacy and poor lighting for shaving etc; drug deals being done out on the street at 3:00am (windows had to be open because too hot and smell in room). The breakfast was good (not great), but had to be taken in your room and eaten on shaky TV tables. The woman who greeted us was very pleasant, but there were no other opportunities for conversations with staff or other guests. Location is excellent, but very poor value at this price compared to much nicer hotels nearby.
