Qualité du service pas à la hauteur du lieu

Plutôt déçu de ce séjour et voici pourquoi : Points forts : la quiétude du lieu, le paysage, le côté typique des gîtes, la localisation géographique pour les visites Points négatifs : chemin d’accès très étroit et rempli de trous, compliqué de retrouver sa chambre dans les différents gîtes présents dans le hameau car pas d’indications (il suffirait d’avoir un petit plan au niveau des parkings!), organisation médiocre (nom de la chambre pas reçu, idem pour le code de la boîte à clef). Personne n’est là pour vous accueillir, nous avons été obligé de laisser un message sur le site. Le lieu est à déconseiller pour les personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite, car très pentu. Il faut avoir du souffle pour monter jusqu’à la piscine, sachant que cette dernière à une terrasse en bois qui a mal vieillie et dont certaines vis dépassent dangereusement. La chambre Héloïse que nous avions choisie n’avait que 2 lits simples et heureusement qu’il n’y avait personne dans la suite voisine car l’isolation est très médiocre et nous n’aurions pas dormi beaucoup. Le propriétaire nous a simplement dit que c’était à nous de préciser si nous avions voulu un lit double dans la chambre. Quand nous lui avons fait part de notre mécontentement pour ce prix d’environ 130 €, le propriétaire nous a simplement rétorqué qu’il fallait bien payer les travaux?!, petit déjeuner très moyen avec une corbeille de fruits pourries et des assiettes de charcuteries / fromages remises 3 matins d’affilée

Nicht für ältere Personen gedacht

Der Treppenaufgang zum Schlaf und Nassbereich war sehr steil und eigentlich nicht für ältere Personen gedacht. Auch die vielen Zwischentreppen zwischen SZ, Flur und BZ waren nicht einfach zu sehen. Meine Begleitung ist hierüber 2 mal gestolpert.
