8/10 Very good

All Inclusive but Bad Food
A newly created property opened in 2022, with first season being experienced, it has many areas that will need upgrade like english speaking housekeeping staff, chefs, guest relation desk , etc. Food is very average and needs lots of work to be done especially in Dinner restaurant where you need reservations for dining. Only Maxel restaurant serving Mexican food was good. Asian and French food serving restaurant was way below average. Beach is not walkable at all except few yards of intermittent areas where sand is clear for walking else whole beach side is completely rocky. A 40 minute drive from Tulum happening beach area so you need a car to explore Tulum. This place is close to many Cenote that are worth visiting.

2/10 Poor

Dirty shower & not so good food
The shower was dirty with lots of hair, plus the shower water came running to the rest of the bath. I complained and they entered the room to clean when I was out, even though I had the DO NOT DISTURB sign on. In general not a good experience. Also the quality and variety for the food was not the best.

4/10 Fair

You are not treated well here.
We were here to celebrate a friends engagement. Everything seemed to be going so well, but a massive Coca-Cola conference moved into the resort. This caused a major disruption is all operations of the resort. The shuttles to and from the main lobby were always packed and the "normal" resort guests were treated poorly compared to the conference members. Also, the beachs were littered with reserved Coca-Cola events. The massive generators they also had were running late into the night to power the massive event stage and party activities. The resort did not make their guests that were already there feel welcomed or comfortable. The concierge also used a texting service to ask questions and leave feedback and they never responded with an answer other than "Let me ask my manager". Hilton should be ashamed of the lack of professionalism and respect towards their guests that wanted to have a fun and have a celebratory event. Beach views were blocked by the Coca-Cola events as well. Please see the pictures attached. I had such high expectations for this resort, but I felt like I was treated like I was staying at a Motel 6. Also, during departure, the Coca-Cola conference made such a traffic jam, our taxi to the Cancun airport was delayed at picking us up and made us very late to the airport. This was an awful experience.

6/10 Good

At first everything seemed great. We checked into the hotel at noon and even though according to their website the official check in time is at 3, the receptionist told us to return at 4, which is not a big deal. However, I do have some expectations when they’re “getting our room ready”. We finally got escorted to our room and everything was great until I opened up the bed and found two pieces of someone’s hair inside the bed, of course I then started examining the bed and in addition found some lipstick on the pillow case. That right away made me very upset. Why did they take so long to get out room ready if they didn’t even change the sHeets they just made the bed. Some of the other things that were a letdown at the property is that there’s basically no entertainment. I travel often and most places I stay at offer something different every single night. At this hotel, out of the five nights of our stay one entertainment show was offered. The food was also a hit or a miss. When I first read the reviews about this place it had great food reviews and it was the first night. The following days it was a letdown food was served cold and at one point I found a hair in the Brie that was served at their Auma steakhouse (which was served cold btw), which ruins the whole vibe of this dish. The pictures of what seemed like a beach was a disappointment too. It’s rocky to the point that it hurts, shallow and basically no fun. No soft sand nor waves. All in all I would not recommend.
