Overall, the hotel was amazing. Only slight issue was the unpleasant smell when I turned on the ventilation for some cold air as it was a bit hot in the room middle of the night as it stank of a certain common drug. Also, the noise from the traffic and the lack of hot water as we had very lukewarm showers. I will still recommend this place as the staff were extremely brilliant in their services.

Disgrace
They actually tried to charge me 2 euros to use a knife and fork. The receptionist (like the majority of service in Spain) talked to me like it was my issue. They also didn’t have a manager on Sunday in a ten floor hotel. I would have to say it was one of the most pathetic requirements I have ever heard of. Obviously I took the e cutlery off the bar myself. Also the service at the bar was a joke. They don’t know what a smile is and reg eh don’t know what service is. For a 3/4 star hotel they clearly pay minimum wages. I have never written a review this long nor do I hardly ever. The at service alone denotes this place to 2 star
