Road noise, and terrible air con
Air conditioning in the room ineffective and noisy, so with window open, lots of road noise made this stay uncomfortable. I would stay here again as it's all about location, but i felt the hotel in is need of updating.

Novotel on its return
First - the room service is not guaranteed (last year it happend and now this year again the room was not clent and I had to complaint to et it done - this not good! second : - the breaffast is going backwaard last year is was ok this year it is a poor copie of it self. Not good; Before it was performant, now it is rather poor. As I saw last year, the personel acts like vultures on every move you do during breakfast, taking your plate and cutlery under your nose even having not finished - one has to fight to finish his meal. Not good at all Teritio : there a lot of repair tobe done, even in the lift thing have to be fixed but not with a bit op tape. Fourth : in the room there are parts that are broken that cover the electic wires : this should be replaced at once and not left like that. The Hotel is in a backwards spiral, I wonder if next year i'll come back???
