Nice breakfast, the direction to the parking garage was wrong. The road they want you to take in accordance with instructions is a one way street and is not allowed to drive wrong way as instructions. The walkway from garage and hotel is very good with sights of WTC one. Hotel is nice and cosy, clean room and comfy beds.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and bright. Our view of the reflecting pool and freedom tower to our right, with the Hudson River to the front, was the perfect location for the 4th weekend and 250th celebrations.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! The room was spacious and spotless and we had such a great sleep as it was quiet and had the comfiest mattress we had ever slept on! We have stayed in many a hotel in New York over the years but both said this is the best hotel experience we had ever had! Reception staff were really lovely to especially Ricky he was so helpful and friendly We will definitely be staying there here again .

Our A/C didn’t work at first and they sent someone up right away, fixed it, and said if it stopped working again they would move us to a new room. The staff was extremely helpful, especially the man checking bags after checkout. He was awesome. Would definitely stay again!
