Lovely Room, but Don’t Swim!
Staff was Super Nice! The view from the room was amazing and the stay was comfortable. The room was clean, although some of the furnishings a bit dated and worn. The biggest complaint was the state of the pools and hot tub. Dirty! There is a large (what appears to be maybe lime?) buildup under the edges the whole way around the pools/hottub/lazy river. Gross! other than that is was a lovely stay right on the beach.

Care and upkeep go a long way
Our stay was not pleasant. When we first got to the hotel and received our room the bed frame was not even on the wall. We didn’t want to be blamed or charged for this discrepancy so we documented what we found. I know things happen but even when we called I spoke to a Logan and was put on hold and no one returned. So we decided to upgrade and we paid an additional 110 dollars to do so which was not a problem for us we literally wanted to enjoy the stay. Once we moved rooms we discovered bed bugs in the bed and that’s was the deal breaker for us. We approached management (Dan) he didn’t handle our situation with any care or professionalism. We stated our issue and it was brushed off, he would later depart for the day providing us with no update or follow up as to how to resolve the issue. Overall our stay was not pleasant and I would highly recommend to anyone inspect thoroughly before you stay.

It was nice having an indoor water park for the kids. But the 2bedroom condo I booked there was dirty dishes in the cabinets as well as no spoons at all when trying to feed my child cereal in the morning. Dirty sheets and just overall not in the best condition
