All I wanted was a quiet relaxing night away, what I ended up with was the opposite. On arrival I was told about the £5 parking fee which to me is a joke. I was given my room which when I entered had clearly been used and not cleaned since the last guest. So back to reception I went and was given a second room which was fine and without problem. So at just after 11pm I was woken up by to 2 others guest entering my room and switching the light on. I called out that the room was taken and they retreated. I'm guessing my room was given accidentally to them but in my opinion this is unacceptable. So I then tried to go back to sleep untill around 11.20 pm when the lady from reception was then knocking on my door. When I answered the door she wanted to know what my name was??????? Really!!!!!!!! Still dont what that was about. Eventually I got back off to sleep. At around 6am the following morning I was again woken by other doors being knocked on and constantly doors being opened and shut for about half an hour. It sounded like a coach party that needed to leave early. When i checked out I mentioned the events from the night before and the staff were apologetic but it didn't solve the ruined stay. I won't be back.

A welcome return to a bit more reality
We had a lovely stay the young man on reception called Chris was so helpful and professional he was a proper Gentleman. The only down side is charging 5.00 per night reg parking can understand it for 1 night but not if your stay is longer.
