We enjoyed our stay, check-in was simple. The room and bathroom was very clean, it had a coffee machine, and mini fridge. It is right next to Cal Poly, and there's several restaurants that are walking distance. We'd stay there again.

Clean room, no frills, great location and walking distance to downtown. We paid more than usual, since it was graduation weekend at Cal Poly, but that is to be expected in SLO. Old school motel feel with parking right outside your door. The room was updated and as expected, no surprises at all. I recommend this hotel if you don't need amenities but want a clean, reliable place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall, we had a pleasant experience.
