We stayed in a suite with our baby and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. The view from our room was truly beautiful, and having breakfast included was a nice bonus. Our main concern was the cleanliness of the room. Although it appeared to have been cleaned, the floor still felt dirty, and our socks became dirty after walking around the room. We suspect this may be due to the condition of the grout or flooring, which could use some maintenance. The staff also seemed quite busy and somewhat tired during our stay. While they were professional, we didn’t find them to be particularly warm or friendly. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping and guest service.
