The flat has a large living room , with a comfy sofa, dining table and a TV with freeview channels, for your entertainment.

The kitchen is roomy, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances that you made need during your stay with us.

Our 2 elegant bedrooms have large comfortable beds, a king-sized & double mattress with fluffy pillows, and covers, providing a good nights sleep.

We have 1 bathroom in the property along with all of the essential bathroom products you may need.

Fancy a night out for dinner? Head down to michelin star restaurant, The Kitchin, a 2 minute walk away from the property, for a great dining experience, serving a modern British seasonal cuisine.

Bus services 7, 10, 12, 14, 16, 22, 25 and 49 travel down Leith walk from Edinburgh centre.

Service 35 connects the old town of Edinburgh to Ocean Terminal, the location of the Royal Yacht Britannia. Service 22 serves Ocean Terminal from Princes Street. Service 36 connects Holyrood (palace and parliament building) to Leith, via the West End and Stockbridge.
