budget friendly option
different from my usual choice, but worked out. Nice location.I asked a special request for an electrical kettle and it was there. The touch key system is irritating in not working at first try (watch for the lights around the number to know you actually pushed the button). I used somebody elses' trick in putting ironing board as extra surface space (instead of chest of drawers that is not there). And the solution to hot water I found was to do dishes, etc before taking the shower - that way the water gets at the hottest level and won't keep changing during the shower. The suggestion for a change would be the toilet paper (very cheap and scratchy as is) and maybe a 2nd option in the blanket (very hot as is right now - something more breathable, it may be a good option for winter however)

No communication from Sonder
Stayed for 3 nights in a proper run by Sonder. Location was great, with Penn Center and many other walkable places close by. The room was an ADA room, which we were not told prior. Would not have been an issue if it wasn’t for the broken shower wand. The holder to the detachable wand was broken, so we were forced to use the wand which just dangled from the wall. Contacted Sonder thru their app to notify them, and selected the option to have someone contact me prior to entering the room. We had gone out for sightseeing, and when we returned, not only had someone entered our room, but they left a pair of rubber gloves on our sink, and also made the shower wand much worse. They tangled it in the shower rail, so it was now stuck. All this time, and days later, still never heard a word back from Sonder. Won’t be staying at another property run by them if this is the communication you receive.

Nice location! Easy walk to the convention center. Middle of the night fire drill wasn't fun and I'm not a big fan of codes for everything. It's not great for the older generation that doesn't like to use their phone for everything.
