Shower had hair in it, 3 or 4 of them. If the shower was properly cleaned, hair wouldn't be in it. When I first checked in, they asked for a card to bill the room. This was confusing, as I remember billing it on a card originally. I asked if this card was needed for the 'incidental charges', and the guy at the front desk wasn't able to give me an answer if I had already paid for it. Now I've got 2 different authorizations on 2 different cards. While checking out, I mentioned to the DIFFERENT guy at the front that we weren't able to shower, because I knew the shower wasn't properly cleaned. I said that he should probably mention it to housekeeping. He apologized and said he would. Didn't offer ANYTHING else. I wasn't rude....enough...I suppose?

    Exceptional 10.0
    Unacceptable behavior
My stay was overall excellent. There was thing that i can complain about. It was about 6:30 in the morning one day and I was awakened by loud screaming. At first I thought someone was being attacked and felt frightened but when the screaming seemed to be coming from more than one person I went to investigate. I was staying on the first floor just down the hallway from the indoor pool. I went to see what could possibly be going on and found 3 girls around the age of 10-12 in the pool screaming constantly while the mother or adult with them sat in the hot tub not saying a word. I did look directly at the woman through the window so she was aware of my annoyness with the young girls. I realize the pool was open 24 hours but kids screaming at that hour with an adult supervising and allowing was totally unacceptable to me. Common sense should have been exercised by the adult with those young girls and their inappropriate behaviour.

We had a good stay, with the exception of the Hot Tub. My grand-daughters went to sit in the hot tub after they had been swimming. They sat in the hot tub for about 10 minutes. My grand-daughters swimming suit was a dark blue when she went in. It was bleached almost white from the high amount of chlorine in the pool. That is ridiculous. What a health risk. She was sick the rest of the day and into that night. It is terribly dangerous to have the chlorine level so high that it will bleach out a suit in 10 minutes, not counting the skin and lung problems she had. I was very disappointed. The rest of our stay was excellent. The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful. I would like to see you control the levels in your public pools a little more carefully. I probably would not stay there next time, because of that problem.

    Poor 2.0
    Terrible experience
Was just looking for a clean comfortable bed for one night. Hotel was being remodeled which was no big deal. First the tv remote did not work when I asked for assistance clerk asked me to double check if plugged in and properly connect. Went back and checked- not the problem. Clerk came to room and said this tv had been having problems and they couldn’t fix it. Next discovered the ceiling was leaking a large amount of water making the door a safety hazard- again told nothing they could do about it. Final dryer did not work. Again no apology and a rude response. Not a good experience!

The room was extremely clean her is very impressed the toilet seat was not old and yucky I was very happy to see that. Staff was friendly. There was no one to help take up the bags. We did not like it That our bill or statement was sticking out of the doors and not just ours a whole lot of people you could see names you can see part of the credit card numbers. Breakfast it wasn’t ready to go the day we were there we had to ask for forks and this is about seven in the morning we had to ask about the orange juice and that was an hour and a half later it still hasn’t been put in.
