Classy Hotel
Great hotel. Well positioned opposite the river and in easy walking distance of main sites and areas but still quiet and peaceful, no problems sleeping. Staff friendly and helpful. I am a woman travelling alone and felt very comfortable at the hotel and in Prague. Room clean and well appointed. Comfy bed. The only negative was in the breakfast room staff offered me a table that hadn't been cleared from last guest and seemed too flustered to offer me an alternative. That said breakfast was very good. Overall this was a lovely classy hotel and if I ever return to Prague I will definitely book The Mozart.

Nice, But Less Than We Had Hoped
This is a lovely place, and the service was especially excellent. That said, it is hard to rate this as a true 5-star hotel. The common areas, and the rooms are relatively ...common. It is clearly an old house cut up into smaller rooms. And, most especially, the area of town is less than perfect. Yes, it is great as far as location...but it is was also noisy all three nights that we were there (we had a river-facing room, which also means street-facing.). Some drunk resident even decided to ring our doorbell at 4 am (hard to imagine that happening at the Ritz-Carlton). The staff went beyond themselves to try to make things better, even offering us free drinks in the bar (but the bar was closed for a private event!) This is a completely satisfactory place to stay (with great people working there). And if you get a good deal (better than the $500+ per night we paid) then you should look into it. But if you are looking for something truly 5-star, truly top-of-the-line, then you may want to look around some.

Loved the beautiful architecture and setting of the hotel. The rooms took you back in time and decorated very classy with marble bathrooms and all the amenities one would need when traveling. The location was also perfect with the ability to walk to all the main sites. Would definitely stay here again.

We were only here for two nights but it was magical! Check in was super easy and we were offered help with tours if we wished and led to our room and shown around. We were treated to a wonderful bottle of wine which I was told was from the owner’s vineyard and also to a room upgrade to a river view due to my platinum status on Orbitz. The room was gorgeous with lovely details in the lighting fixtures etc. The nespresso machine made my mornings. The bath tub was lovely and we had an amazing bath. The bed was super comfortable and we slept quite soundly both nights. We had a beautiful view of the river especially when we woke up to snowfall. I was worried it would be loud with the proximity to bars and restaurants but wasn’t even an issue. Overall would definitely stay here again, no question!
