Usual high standard you would expect from a Hampton hotel - lovely big room with separate living area, manager's evening reception, very good breakfast included in rate. Really nice swimming pool. Handy for local dining options in "old town", a short walk away.

Well, where do I start with this hotel, lets start with amazing, on arrival we given a warm welcome and a complimentary drink. The hotel was nothing short of a 5 star accommodation, very clean all the facilities in the room. Breakfast was included and this was a full breakfast, excellent food and service. The only real recommendation I could give this hotel is "I wished I had stayed more nights" first class accommodation and very friendly staff.

We were not aware of renovations happening on the property. So everything was a disjointed as to getting around the property since they had tarps and closed off areas. We just hit it at a wrong time. The improvement look nice, but not useable for us. Staff wise- we had great care with our check in person Monica, but after that service was rough. We tried to call down to the front deck serval times, but no one answered. We had to go down in person. Food service was minimal possibly due to Covid. But it was not what that we were expecting. No hot tea service. Just coffee. I had unexpected car trouble and had to delay check out. Staff was not very helpful. Called from the services center updating them on my delay. It fell on deaf ears. Not Solutions offered.

The hotel was doing construction but that did'nt bother me at all. I enjoyed old town n the beautiful mountain views the entire time. Will definitely stay again !

I was very surprised that the cost of the room was the same without all the amenities. I feel they can still provide a hot breakfast to go. Many hotels are doing just that. Not an Embassy experience at all.
