Beds were very comfortable but the room was tiny! Bathroom was setup very strange with the toilet behind the door and a weird shower door that swung both ways and opened up on a hinge so the water got all over the floor. It was super close to Heathrow airport so it was still a good choice, and breakfast was awesome with lots of options before our flight.

Considering the sky high hotel prices in London center, this hotel is an amazing option considering the price x quality scale as the highlights are; 1) walking diatance to hatton cross metro station 2) unbelievably soundproof windows, 3) wide selection of food at breakfast. 4) Polite and warm staff If you dont mind the 40min metro commute to downtown, I strongly recommend it to any visitors to london.

Stayed here many times. Great venue, easy to park and commute from via local tube. Easy access to Heathrow. Staff always courteous and friendly. Breakfast is buffet with large selection. Only thing to improve on is mattresses quality and pillows but overall very good - I do recommend often.

We stayed here for one night after landing late at Heathrow. Parking was easy but a bit pricey at £18 for the night. Check in was fast and staff very friendly. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was brilliant and probably the best buffet breakfast ive experienced at any of the airport hotels. Overall I'd say its the best hotel ive stayed at near any of the london airports. I have stayed at a few and none come close. All staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. A credit to the hotel, all of them. I will stay here again and would recommend it to others.
