    Very very busy hotel
    Location good, very very busy hotel, which created a frantic atmosphere, not possible to relax in the communal areas. Breakfasts were a bit fraught constant movement of people, queues for everything, only small coffee mugs available, so repeated trips to the coffee machine required. Good selection on breakfast buffet though.

    Nice hotel but service needs to improve
    Hotel was nicely decorated, good location and rooms very modern. However the service was poor. We tried to order room service and no one picked up the phone, reception also don’t answer. In the end we had to walk down to reception to order. Also the restaurant at breakfast was very busy. We had to wait at least 10 minutes to be seated and had to ask for cups and cutlery etc. More staff were definitely needed

    Room was ok, cleanliness needs some improvement. Breakfast was a disappointment, both days food and drinks were removed from the table while we were still eating and drinking them. Can you send me contact details so I can make a formal complaint. Would certainly not recommend this hotel.
