A great last stop before going home
First and foremost, I booked this hotel because Hotels.com said there was a shuttle to the airport. This is false. There is a shuttle that will take you to a station to take a train to the airport, but that takes about 50 minutes total when the airport is a 20 minute drive away. They will however hail a cab for you which I appreciated. Secondly, this is a very ritzy hotel, which I didn't realize upon booking, and is very business oriented. There's lots of restaurants, and even shops INSIDE which was pretty neat, and we definitely visited two of the restaurants, the steakhouse and the chinese restaurant. The only drawback is this is a very business oriented hotel, so my fiance and i could only get 2 twin beds. There was also a conference that I think caused the in house bowling alley to be closed, which was a disappointment. Overall the staff are very responsive, speak a fair amount of english, and are extremely eager to help. Get a room with a view of the tower by the way, it was spectacular, especially at night.

Great hotel with wonder view of Tokyo Tower
Booked the rooms with facing the Tokyo Tower, which was the special highlight of the stay. Such a lovely view. It's situated in a less busy part of the city but still very acessible. Many dining options in the hotel itself, so that's convenient too.

Nice hotel in a beautiful location
A bit of a mixed bag. Super-convenient to get back and forth from Haneda airport. The location is great if you want a little peace and some green space within Tokyo, but there's not as much nightlife and bustle in the area as some of the other districts. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very polite (of course). This hotel is on the more cautious side of COVID precautions; that can be good or bad depending on your preferences. On the bad side, the restaurants are extremely crowded at breakfast time. I wasn't able to get a table any time between 7-9:30am, and they don't accept reservations. The WiFi wasn't fast enough for video, but it was enough to support basic web browsing. Overall, I would stay here again.

Special occasion mini-break
Most wonderful time staying at the hotel. Very clean and spacious room with ample amenities. Plus, I had the most amazing Tokyo city view! And, the club lounge staff were friendly and were always there to help. I spent quite a lot of time in the spa enjoying the natural onsen which was also huge! For any special occasion, I’m definitely coming back.
