Value for money but long walk from Shinjuku
Comfortable, value for money accommodation. Love the vibe and fuss-free self-check-in system. But it was further than it looked on the map from Shinjuku station, it is a 20mins walk.

Good 6.0
good but not exceptional
The staff are helpful at check-in and in the restaurant. There is a slight problem in the lobby bar with some staff make sure you gat a paper receipt- but it is a busy hotel and therefore you need to keep your wits about you in the bar and public areas. The rooms are great and the location is good just close enough to the underground but far enough from the hustle and bustle side of Shinjuku. All in all a well run hotel, but to busy for a personal touch.

Small bedrooms but great hotel
Small bedrooms but these are compensated for by great public spaces in the hotel. Very clean, great designs, and great coffee albeit expensive

Comfortable and Stylish Tokyo Hotel
We absolutely loved the Knot Hotel in Tokyo. A super stylish and functional property within walking distance of the metro and just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku. The rooms were practical, comfortable, clean, and came equipped with everything we needed. The lounge areas and lobby were great communal spaces and we loved the bakery in house to be able to enjoy a quick bite to eat to start off our day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Tokyo with many amenities both in house and nearby. Thanks for the great stay!

Very good 8.0
This hotel is very cool on the ground floor with nice bars/cafes. But upstairs it is pretty much a standard business hotel. The hotel is in Shinjuku but it is very far from the main part of Shinjuku. Probably about 20 mins walk to the station and then more to get to the main district on the far side of Shinjuku station. I think most people end up taking taxis. The rooms are adequate and definitely very clean but also small with not much storage available for hanging clothes etc. The bathroom is good with a big bath and great shower. The buffet on the ground floor is great as is the coffee and bakery. The service was varied. Some staff were amazing and could not do enough to help. Others seemed annoyed that I had bothered to interrupt what they were doing to ask what I needed. Good and friendly staff makes a big impression and a big difference.

Excellent hotel
Excellent hotel for the budget in a good location. Good room, very clean and fresh and everything worked fine. Morethan bakery on ground floor high quality and very useful for a quick breakfast. Quick check in and check out. Would definitely stay again.

Very good 8.0
The hotel is a 15-20 min walk from Shinjuku station with limited dining options around it. Also trying very hard to be a hip hotel. Other than that it is a lovely hotel with reasonable space for a triple room in Tokyo. We had to leave early in the morning before breakfast was available and so they swapped our breakfast vouchers for various bread products to take with us - which was a nice touch. Staff were lovely and friendly.
