Friendly staff on check in room, clean and fairly comfortable disappointing they don’t supply shower gel etc breakfast was very good just could do with a bit more variety on the drinks! example more selection of coffees only offered standard filter coffee. Pool very small but was good enough for the children to have a nice time

Slightly disappointed
Heck in was fine. Not keen on the £15 a day parking though. The receptionist told me where to park for free a couple of streets away. (Thank you). Realised that the room door wouldn’t lock on our last day, reported it to the night porter, but didn’t get passed on to management that day. Complained on our return and the duty manager came to see me, the door lock couldn’t be fixed so there was one spare room available. We declined as it was our last day there. The room itself was comfortable but the bathroom was missing the loo brush! It’s not something I would leave for others to clean. Unfortunately the room floor was so uneven, the ironing board wouldn’t sit right on the floor, making it dangerous to use the iron. I informed the manager who wasn’t really able to comment. All in all, slightly disappointed. We didn’t use the gym or pool facilities.

A NICE PLACE TO STAY WHEN IN BOURNEMOUTH
My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel and were very happy with our stay. The staff are very welcoming and are keen to give good service. Our room on the lower ground floor was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. We dined in the restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent. On our second night we ate in the bar and the bar food was equally as good, though somewhat limited. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with lots of choices available. There are several other places close by which serve food. Hotel car parking is fairly limited and is accessed via Durley Gardens to the right hand side of the hotel. You can also park in Durley Gardens road itself although it's pretty tight. All in all a nice Hotel to stay at.
