Had a double room - 2 singles pushed together (standard), but no mattress topper so very uncomfortable with just a sheet and the beds seperately just slightly though the night. Pillow felt old and did not have any support. Only 1 small towel in the room (discovered on getting ut of the shower!) Room was very clean and tidy these bits let the stay down
