Amazing private estate with on-site water activities. Fantastic restaurant with great cuisine plus relaxed lunches. Amazing breakfasts. Convenient bus stop for trips to Palma (... can be crowded). Sports Centre close by. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Quiet Calm and Beautiful scenery
Went for 8 nights, Had a wedding to go to. Initial hiccup with my booking was sorted out my the manager Toni. Staff very helpful and attentive. Would recommend to anyone who wants a calm relaxing stay in Majorca, away from the usual crowds and fights for Sunbeds.

Punta Negra
I enjoyed the setting of the hotel and the rooms were good. However I requested a room with a walking shower as my husband has hip and knee issues as he is 86 years old but this was not available in this category of room. If I had known about this prior to confirming my booking I would have booked the next category up as these rooms have this facility. The hotel were not able to move us even if I had paid for the upgrade. The service was poor and with two exceptions the staff made us feel that they were doing us a favour by serving us. We would not return to the hotel because of this.

This hotel is ok it’s very quiet! I thought our room was dated and the balcony door wasn’t secure! The pictures on the internet make the hotel look amazing and it’s not quite! However the surroundings are beautiful.

Great location but need to be refreshed
Really nice location with two small beaches below the hotel area (one sandy beach and one rocky for nice fish life). The staff was friendly and very competent so the service was top notch. We have visited during July and the Covid19 measures effective - these were taken very seriously by the staff (e.g. breakfast was portioned and wrapped to prevent disease spread and mask were carried by the staff at all times) and I'm thankful for that. What was disappointing though is the condition of our room. We stayed in the older main building that felt outdated. The room itself was big enough but condition of the room did not impress - rost on the bathtub, the balcony door was extremely tough to slide open and the beds were really hard. Given that this was a 4 star hotel one could expect more. All in all it was a still nice experience given the location and service but probably overpriced for the general condition of the hotel.

Amazing place. Great service and breathtaking view
It was AMAZING! Checking in and sipping on wine was a big plus for me. The staff was so nice, they also speak English fluently. The breakfast that came in with it was absolutely amazing. The restaurant for dinner was so good...great staff, great service. The views were amazing. The water was clear and turquoise. Oh I will definitely be back.

Wonderful setting but missing something
Hard to imagine a better setting for a 5 star hotel. The staff welcomed us in a professional manner however the design of the hotel requires the guest to carry their luggage up several steps to the reception and up more to the elevator. No assistance was offered. For dinner the presentation was fine with sherbet etc between courses but the food was mediocre at best. The wait staff created no ambiance whatsoever. They delivered the food nicely but a smile or friendly comment would have been appreciated. The seating arrangement positioned tables in close proximity to the point where conversations, in different languages, could be overheard at the expense of your own. Amazing push button shower technology was wasted as the shower floor drained onto the bathroom floor which has those very low friction tiles, combined with water and the floor was a skating rink. The booking staff were unco-operative when the Cruise we had booked changed the date by one day. As the booking was prepaid and guaranteed Hotels.com contacted the hotel and asked to move the 3 day booking forward by a day and as there were 6 weeks this should not have been a problem. H10 refused this request and any other suggestion to reallocate the cost of the day ($300+) in question to another hotel in the area as they said their's would be full on the day in question. As a result to the best of our knowledge the room remained empty that night. H10 missed out on the remaining week of our Spanish trip.
