le personnel de l'accueil a très mal accueilli notre technicien Mr Karim Djadel qui s'est vu refuser l'accès au repas du soir malgré que nous avions payé pour un forfait demi pension, il a été très mal reçu et a été contraint de se disputer avec le monsieur de l'accueil. J'aimerais que des excuses soient présenter et un geste commercial serait très appréciable
