Lovely staff and great room.
The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed was also much larger than I expected. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would definitely stay here again. Can’t find any faults.

Don't stay here if you want to sleep!!
Felt more like a hostel. Convenient location, staff friendly and beds were clean and comfy. Unfortunately after this, can't say many positive things. Not sure how it is rated 3-star, Google's rating of 2-star is far more accurate. Arrived quite late, took half an hour to get in the room because they couldn't get a key card that worked. Listing states it's great for families but it happens to be right next to a nightclub with no soundproofing so there was extremely loud music, vibrations and screaming until around 4am. Window didn't close properly either. Bathroom mostly clean but toilet had not been cleaned properly from the previous stay and had various dried stains! Listing states TV with cable channels, we had a TV that wasn't connected to anything or work. Breakfast was extremely disappointing, nothing more than packets of cereal, a loaf of bread and packet cheese. Was meant to stay 2 nights but ended up checking out and paying for another hotel for the second night. Has definitely made me research more thoroughly before booking hotels and not just go on pictures and the listing description! Overpriced for what it is. Would only recommend it if you are a serious heavy sleeper or just looking for a place to crash after partying all night. Extremely disappointed.

Poor 2.0
Noisy and unpleasant - very little sleep to he had
This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in a Dublin. Whilst the room was clean, and bed comfortable, there was little to no sleep to be had in room 303. The air conditioning unit for the kitchen downstairs was unbearably loud. Measured at 50db from the bed with the windows open. When we asked reception they said it stopped at 7:00. We returned from a meal at 9:45 and it was still going. Stopped about 10:00 thankfully. Then you could hear all the drunks from the bar downstairs. This stopped at 3:45. Then the seagulls started. What a horrible hotel. Only go there if you intend to get blind drunk which will allow you to sleep through all this. If you intend to stay sober, buy earplugs. Lastly, I am pretty sure there were fleas In the bed. I got bitten several times by something.

Abbey hotel
Abbey hotel is located in the centre of Dublin. Its a room with attached bathroom which has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and attached bathroom. So many restaurants, tourist attractions, bus stops and tram stops are closer. They serve simple continental breakfast. Highly recommended.

Nice hideaway.
Nice establishment, clean and very comfortable. Early check-in was not an option but we were able to leave our bags at the desk prior to. The desk is manned 24-hours. There is a restaurant and bar next door was a nice surprise and the staff was very friendly.

Small hotel, but great location. Room was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy at night, but not a big problem. Would stay here again.
