      Ok but keep pet guests separately

      It was ok. The toilet leaked all the time and the dogs barking constantly was an aggravation. I stayed here before and didn't have that problem. They should put guests without pets away from ones with. I assume the guests left their pets in the rooms while gone.

      Let’s be real, it’s not the Ritz BUT It’s a dang nice Hotel. The staff was over the top kind and the price was right. Pet friendly for us was what we needed.

      Shower leaked out on floor,dig friendly room no carpet, we had NO pets did not order pet friendly room, no ice in either machine on 1st floor out and 3rd floor broken. Front desk clerk very nice and kind . Would not recommend others to stay at this time .

      VERY DISAPPOINTED

      There was a horrible smell in the hallway to our room. The room didn’t smell much better. So glad I had air freshener with me. Beds were on a box that we had to be very careful how we sit on otherwise it would flip us and this was both beds. VERY DISAPPOINTED

      Do NOT recommend

      Would not recommend this place. Before we entered our room there was a dead cockroach in the hall way. Granted we were tired we went inside. There was mold on the lamp and couch. There was stains all over the couch and carpet when we took our shoes off it was very sticky. When we pulled the couch mattress out the mattress was falling apart and had mold on it as well. Went to go shower and there was hair all in the tub. Went to dry off with a towel and there was hair all over the towels as well. The carpet in the room was peeling up and the entire night there was a loud noise like an air compressor going off.
