Poor 2.0
Never again
It took a total of 7 phone calls to 2 different phone numbers before giving up and calling hotels.com for assistance. They were able to get someone to DRIVE to the location to service their paying patrons. My daughter and I waited 45 minutes to get completely checked in and receive a single key for 2 adults. During our wait a gentleman came to see if there was vacancies and I told him we were waiting to get checked in and he left after hearing we were at the 30 minute marker. The clerk left her screaming child in her vehicle as she ran into office to process my check in. The towels were stale, hair on the pillows and a scary looking dusty teddy bear was placed on the pillows. The coffee maker leaked. The heater was too big for the area, but worked. The water heater was the most amazing thing about the place. House keeping doesn’t pay attention to patrons requesting “no service” and tried to enter anyway. The outside lighting was overbearing to the point that it seemed that it was day time 24/7.
