Magical Experience
This was our 2nd visit to this hotel after a friends recommendation. Both myself and my wife have mobility issues and the hotel did all the could you make our stay comfortable. A room was given on the ground floor and the restaurants helped out with seating near the entrance. The all inclusive was totally amazing. Especially the Sunday lunch. I celebrated my 70th at this hotel and they left me a little gift and card. Very thoughtful and caring staff. Can’t wait to go again!! Thank you.

Keep away from room 970 unless you are deaf. There is a loud extraction pipe blowing across the balcony which came on at 7am. Not sure how the management think that is acceptable. The food at the hotel was good and the staff were generally very friendly. Plates cleared away quickly and always politely. Beer taps often just gave froth, often with one out of every three working. We found the Bistro food to be the best, but you can only go once per week. As it was not main season two restaurants were closed. You can sit for quite a while in the cafe and wait to be served even thought the waiters are not busy. Weekends the restaurant is full of people not staying at the hotel and it can be very busy. The Kosey bar is not for everyone. It was the only place you could get cocktails and if you didn't want to watch the show you ended up sitting in reception. They need to offer cocktails in the cafe when the roof bar is closed.

The Ryanair of Hotels
Good Stuff: Its a nice place physically with good staff, food for an all inc is above average. Housekeeping is immaculate. Bad Stuff: Lots and lots AND LOTS of annoying restrictions and surcharges and challenges: False advertising firstly- There is no A/C in the rooms (centrally disabled fan only) - "its an eco hotel sir" is not great with room temp 26 degrees at night and an angry 4 month old too hot to sleep. The beach pictured has been sold to a third party - guests have to pay to use beds. 3 of the Advertised restaurants are closed. Including all of the ones in most of the pics here on the top floor. Of the other 2, you may use one once and the other twice, only every other day, and not on a Sunday, and not if its fully booked by outside paying customers. All bars are closed between 5pm-6pm to stop everyone getting pre dinner drinks. (There is a cafe, where 70% of items are pay extra) Pretty grim 'free' drinks (ads everywhere for pay extra wine, and basic brands such as Gordons or Smirnoff are extra) free wine is vile, lager is "Berlin" and "Stella" - doesn't taste like Stella, but has the badge! No free bottled water, water in the rooms is NON potable, your only option for water, if you need some is to go down to reception to a filling station!!! (Or like everyone was doing buy some in the supermarket opposite). But the point is - Its not all inclusive. Oh and the process for getting pool towels is extreme - easier to slam your face in a door until you dry

poor reception staff.
Hotel was good we arrived early room was ready so we where checked in early great went to the room and air conditioning was not working tried for a bout 30mins no joy . Phoned reception to report they stated it takes time works on movement waited another 30mins then went Down to reception to complain again this time they said they would send up the maintenance man no one arrived. After 5 hours of complaining and several visits to reception a man finally came said he had fixed it and went away . Still no air conditioning went back to reception and asked to be moved . They would not move us as they said the maintenance man said it was fixed and said they would send a fan up I tried to explain that that would just circulate warm air. When man brought fan up he walked in and then said I will be back. The head of house keeping came and said why have they not moved you explained about the maintenance man saying it was fixed. It took a house keeper to get the air conditioning fixed and it was 30 mins after she first came to the room. Reception staff have no concern for the guests just to remove them from the reception area. None of them would come to the room to see how hot it was or move us to another room. Poor customer service. Also we where not allowed to to see the duty manager and asked several times . Over all clean good food but has to be the worst customer service I have experienced. I felt they did not believe the air conditioning was not working and just kept fobbing me

ery good four star
Lovely hotel, beautifully kept. Staff very nice, food VERY good for an All Inclusive. Always hot, fresh & in the additional restaurants - the quality was amazing for an all inclusive. The only thing was, it was impossible to get a reservation in any of the "Reservations only" restaurants. We tried immediately upon check in and every day after without success. After 2 days of eating all meals in the buffet restaurant I went to talk to the Food & Beverage Manager who straight away was able to confirm us in the Italian one night, Indian the next, Chinese the next. Also, when in the restaurants, there were loads of empty tables, so my guess is the hotel only pay for X amount of people per night & when the quota is reached that's it. 2 of the restaurants are off site next door. This isn't really acceptable if you are chosing this hotel, as we did, solely because of the 5 different dining choices. The hotel should be able to match the restaurant capacity with their current occupancy rates and make sure the ratio tallies if you want to avail of the other restaurants. That is the only issue we had. The pools are lovely & clean and sunbeds always available, however I would recommend you bring your own towel for sunbed. The ones you get are tiny, definitely not a "beach towel" size and poor quality. Also i left a new necklace I'd just got for my birthday by my sun lounger & it vanished. It wasn't handed into lost and found. But on a whole I'd give the hotel 7 out of 10, and I'm fussy.

Nice hotel, but pool space very limited
First off we were here in August so obviously it’s high season. Sky bar on the roof is fantastic. A chilled out adult zone away from the mayhem of standard hotel entertainment downstairs. We had a suite which was very nice clean and spacious. Food was good although the main dining area was very busy. Far and away the biggest negative of this hotel is the amount of sun beds crammed in regimented rows around the main pool, making it very difficult to adjust your bed angle. Also with the large fixed sunscreen canopies you have a choice - you are either in shade all day or sun all day. Even the individual parasols are so big that they envelope 4 5 or 6 beds so you almost feel obliged to get permission from the strangers around you to adjust the umbrella. It’s a big disappointment when you have paid the sort of price this hotel charges in peak season. There is a rooftop pool which is adult only, but to a lesser degree the problems down at the main pool are replicated up there. Setting an alarm to get up and claim a sunbed is a real drag. Then of course with this many people, the pools are super-crowded, so actually swimming isn’t really an option. Shame really as the hotel has lots of good points that are all negated by one huge negative.
