Tru Chapel Hill was clean, quiet and well maintained. From check in and check out staff to the gentleman who kept the breakfast buffet filled and cleaned, the staff was outstanding! The parking fee of $6.00 was minimal for a college town and well worth it. The lot was well lit and monitored.

The room was clean and very modern. Bathroom design was well fought out in useful. Same with the bedroom fixtures and furniture. All the room accessories were in new condition. Breakfast was adequate. Convenient pancake making device was present, although it was out of batter and staff had to be notified by patrons. It was refreshed promptly, and the staff was responsive.
