Overpriced hotel without charm. A obvious favourite of packaged tours. Service very mixed with staff clearly worn down and grumpy after a long summer. Some motivated and helpful others clearly not. Friendly staff, but overall hotel seems very stuck in Spanish package holidays from the 1980s. Rooms and public areas desperately need a modern refurb, breakfast buffet pretty standard (OK machine coffee). Gym woefully equipped (not even dumbells and no AC!). Evening entertainment 1970s style Eurovision cringe. Lovely spot by the sea, beach and boardwalk to bars, cafes and restaurants. Nice pool, if that's your thing. Handy little mini supermarket on site. Shame you have to rely on taxis to visit other parts of the island (need more segregated country lanes and a *reliable* bus service, that actually turns up!). Would be good to have more information on sustainability of hotels.

Nosotros estuvimos en un estudio. No estaba mal, las camas eran cómodas y el baño correcto y el buffet de desayuno interesante. 4 cosas que no me gustaron: 1. Nos dirigimos en catalán y nadie del personal nos respondió en catalán..en un lugar donde el catalán es uno de los idiomas oficiales. Tampoco las comunicaciones en el comedor (de las mesas) y de las habitaciones estaban en catalán. 2. Tratándose de un hotel en una isla como Formentera creo que se podría potenciar más la parte de información ambiental. Ya hay algunos datos genéricos pero…la isla requiere de sus establecimientos más sensibilización ambiental. 3. Escuchábamos a los de la habitación de detrás de la nuestra. Si tienes unos vecinos tranquilos no hay problemas. 4. La taza del water es alta y sinceramente…bastante incómoda si no mides más de 1,90. Por lo demás , correcto, piscinas, servicio de habitaciones muy atento y amable, piscinas , animación etc…

Muy Caro por lo que ofrece

El hotel esta bien ubicado, con una amplia zona de parqueo, 2 piscinas con área para niños. Con respecto a la habitación tenía dos camas individuales unidas que no es de mi agrado para un hotel de este nivel y en especial si va uno en pareja, los colchones no son muy buenos, el primer día nos encontramos con una Botella de Cava, no de buena calidad, pero se agradece el detalle, dos botellas de agua pequeñas, que no entiendo porque un hotel de playa ofrece solo la primera noche agua, el resto de las noches no pusieron agua. También como bonito detalle, pusieron un fuente de frutas, pero la mayoría, le faltaba madurar, por lo que las dejamos para que madurarán y la sorpresa fue que se las llevaron el despues de la segunda noche. Articulos de baño, mejor lleven los propios, ponen un par de jabones de barra que solo sirven para lavarse las manos, luego hay un envases que se supone es jabón , shampoo y acondiciones, en uno solo, lo cual no es bueno. El aire acondicionado lo apagan a cierta hora de la mañana y el día de abandonar el hotel se pasa malísimo hacer maletas sin aire. El desayuno nos toco en la terraza a la playa, bastante variado y bueno, pero todos los días es lo mismo. Finalmente, la sillas de playa y camas de playa, hay que pagar por ellas, la sombrilla ni siquiera cubre gran cosa. La playa no es buena, con muchas piedras, al lado hay otra playa, que es mucho mejor Alquilamos auto por lo que las demás comidas las hicimos afuera. El personal muy amable.

Struttura molto datata e poco aggiornata, camere troppo piccole anche se superior, vista mare in realtà molto parziale e laterale, non come promesso sul sito, problemi con l’acqua in camera, alcune salviette mai cambiate in 5 gg anche se messe in vasca come richiesto, safe a pagamento (6 euro al giorno!), prima colazione non curata come in altre strutture simili ad es. Riu La Mola; personale di sala molto gentile; invece personale della reception non molto accogliente.

Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht, völlig überteuert. Vieles kostet extra, z.B. Benutzung des Safes. Auch Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme am Strand müssen jeweils einzeln zusätzlich bezahlt werden. Zimmer sind sehr klein und das Hotel ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Personal ist freundlich und das Essen in Ordnung. Bucht direkt beim Hotel ist schön und das Wasser kristallklar.
