Charming city hotel
Super cute and charming hotel right on Main Street! Walking distance to all attractions in Park City.

Poor 2.0
We booked based off reviews and location, and wow do we regret it. Booked a king suite and got a queen suite. Of course the front desk blamed it on Upon checkin, the one gentlemen was on a personal call and continued to drop the f-bomb. They said a total of 5 words to me at checkin. The next day a lady was at the front desk, on a personal call and cussing. Room phone didn’t work, only 1 burner on the stove worked, and did not come fully equipped to cook. Stains everywhere and the Mexican restaurant below blares the same song over and over. Location was good but being that Park City has an awesome bus system, location doesn’t matter. Do yourself a favor and do not book here. Plenty of other options.

Fair 4.0
Convenient location but too much deferred maint.
Two bedroom with two baths and kitchen, good space, but dirty, stained carpet needs replacing, lot of broken items in room including the kitchen faucet!, really tired furnishings. Can hear everything upstairs. Very overpriced for the condition of the room. We are return customers, last there 10 years ago, but returned for a special trip and we were shocked at the deterioration of the room. We called to ask for a different room and the woman was so rude and said the property was totally full and laughed when I asked to be moved. This room was really expensive, and we stayed three nights. To make matters worse, there was a new kitchen faucet under the sink, so they knew it was broken before our stay.

Just Say No to this Amazing Location
Sure wish I could say loads of great things about this place, but for the money, it was the worst hotel experience in a long time. The location was phenomenal. Everything else was just plain wrong. The room was not ready when promised. We had arrived early so we tried to check in at 2 yet we turned away with a promise to call if it was done. At 4 we returned, only to find that the room had not been touched. Checkout is at 10. The front desk guy suggested we go to dinner. He then called at 4:50 and by this time traffic was so bad we did not make it back before our dinner time to shower and get ready for the night. We spend the evening in our ski gear. We booked a two queen bed room yet got a king. The second night we have no heat. The toilet paper holder was stripped from the wall. We checked out early not wanting another night with no heat with zero resolution by the staff which leaves promptly at 11 each evening. Essentially we felt treated poorly since we booked through and not directly with them. They intimated we were being treated this in several different ways over the course of two days each time we tried to figure out why everything was going terribly wrong. The =same guy said they had to move everyone around to accommodate us even though we booked two months before. Not sure how that works. This is not a hotel. It is a property that needs updating and revitalization. Maybe the other rooms were better but this one looked like a pig with lipstick.

Poor 2.0
Pictures advertised did not represent the type of room we were put in. We went up there for our anniversary and was very Mr Let down by the accommodations. Room was dirty and very old and outdated. Tried to talk to supervisor on site but he was very rude and didn’t care. Just felt like we were cheated by viewing pictures of these very nice rooms and than being put in a dump
