Overall very nice, some minor issues.
The staff were very nice. We were in a room facing the street, so it was quite noisy at times. One of the windows wouldn't close so we had to ask someone to come in on day two to fix it issue. Also, there was a crack in the seal at the bottom of the shower so every time you take a shower, the floor floods with water.

This is in a perfect location near museums and tube stations, good neighborhood. Front desk staff are superb. Room is large, clean, kitchen/bath updated, staff are helpful. I have stayed twice and will stay again.

I was disappointed able the bed. It was so hard in spots. I was only able to sleep on the right side. It felt like I was sleeping on a small double vs. being able to enjoy a king. It felt like two beds were put together with a poor mattress. Had poor night sleep. I enjoyed everything else about the property
