    Not again.
The hotel is in a good location by the river, and modern looking from the outside and in reception. The issues with the hotel were the room. The first thing was we were a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children but only one double bed was made. I had to pull out the sofa bed and turn the mattress over as it was filthy (stained). I also had to request linen which took hours. The biggest issue was aircon, the room was 31 degrees and the aircon didn't work, I know that because there was a thermostat stuck in the air vent (guess its a long standing issue). The advise I got from reception was they can send a fan up... Never again.

Great staff and view but could be cleaner
Our guests stayed at the hotel and said the staff were very polite but that the cleanliness and housekeeping left a lot to be desired. Towels were taken and not replaced as were glasses. The main issue was that the minibar was disgusting and this is unacceptable when charging £250-300 a night for a room. The picture attached is how they found the minibar when they entered their room.

Lovely hotel with disappointing customer service
Beautiful room. Great breakfast. Hard to fault the hotel in terms of facilities and location, but the service was at best disinterested. Three different encounters with three different front desk staff (there was never more than one member of staff on the reception desk at any one time even when a long queue had formed!) left me totally unimpressed. I travel regularly, but don't have massively high expectations. Just a smile and being made to feel like my custom is appreciated would be the baseline. Alas, not even that here... a lovely hotel ruined by the absence of any personal touch.

    Fair 4.0
    Not 5 star
Nowhere near standards of a 5-star hotel. There was mould in the bathroom walls and ceiling and under the rim of the toilet. There was even some dirt on the headboard which am hoping was food stain (instead of excrement) as I wiped it off myself. I’ve stayed in much better similar type hotels, and for a radisson this one is pretty disappointing. Also, it’s supposed to be an apartment type hotel but there were no plates/bowls or cutleries to use. I booked 2 studio rooms for 2 nights for my family. We have a toddler and a baby and I was expecting this place to be fully equipped for our needs. Another thing, I unfortunately didn’t realise these rooms had no views of the river and what you see when you open the curtains are building walls. Wish we had stayed at any of the Cheval hotels instead. Staying here is not worth the price.
