6/10 Good

Hotel only for people travelling by car. Area is noisy, lots of cars and busy streets. There are no proper walking routes. Rooms are quite outdated. The staff was awesome and beyond helpful and we felt welcome with baby and dog.

The customer service is spectacular but there were numerous issues with the room. This was my third time staying at this specific location and never seen it this bad!!! Now I have to find a different place in Arezzo 😩😩

10/10 Exceptional

It was ok for economical business stay. Clean but a lot of worn out equipment. Looks more like 3star then 4 star. No a big deal thou. Reception clerks are very polite and friendly- big plus in my opinion. AC present as advertised but hardly works. Mostly circulates as a fan, Opening windows at night somewhat helps. If you sensitive to temperature - look for something else. AC is really a just fan!

Colazione ottima, letti comodi e stanze molto belle.

8/10 Very good
