Hôtel Le Dauphin Montréal - Longueuil

What we liked: The Rooms were very smartly decorated, very Executive Suite Style, The Beds, Pillows and Duvets were excellent, super comfortable and warm, The large Flat screen TV was great, as was the En-Suite Bathroom/Shower facility. Having a large screen Apple Mac Computer in each room was also a superb facility (although ours was not operating correctly for most of our stay which spoilt the experience. The Staff were very Friendly and Professional and gave a superb customer service both at Reception and the Breakfast preparation staff. Overall a superb stay and we would certainly stay here again and recommend to others. What we didn't like: The notices everywhere telling us that we could not have food or drinks in our rooms, yet contradictory is the fact that a coffee machine, Coffee and Cups, and also a wine cooler and glasses supplied in the room, But there was no Kettle or tea making facilities provided in the room. We are paying guests and should not be treated like naughty school children! - Another thing that wasn't very good was the Breakfast Area, it was too small for the number of Guests coming down at Breakfast times, also the chairs against the floor surface were very noisy giving the feel of a student canteen, which does not match the high standards of the rest of the hotel. people were all jostling to get to the crockery, cutlery and breakfast items and drinks, it was most unprofessional and ruins the whole atmosphere conducive to a quality Hotel.

Fine hotel. Gym is quite small and breakfast is simpel but it is easy to reach just outside of the city if you need to travel the next day.

Lovely clean hotel. Good breakfast. Close to Metro. Helpful staff. Laundry facilities.

Easy access to Metro service to explore Montreal without the hassle of finding somewhere to park. Clean and friendly hotel with self serve breakfast to keep you going.

We stayed there because we are from Ottawa and it was somewhat close to LUX Saint Hubert airport. I was dropping someone off and picking someone up 12 hours later.

Overall the condition was good. A few downsides though - saw a spider upon entering the unit, the AC didn't turn on even after the main desk did something on their end, and the toilet seat was on the smaller end. Overall, not a bad experience, just could have been better.

Hotel was quiet, clean and very comfortable - will stay again for sure!

It was very clean and the staffs were friendly. Public transportation was also within walking distance which was a plus for saving money when travelling.

Pros: We stayed one night at this wonderful hotel, It is less than 10 minutes drive to Montreal city center. it is not new but very very well maintained. Welcomed by friendly staff. Simple check-in procedure. Room is spacious, bed is comfy, appreciated its cleanliness, especially at this Covid time, we felt safe to stay in the room. Free parking at the open space and gated. Individually wrapped food for breakfast, very thoughtful. We would stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to our friends. Cons: Only one elevator serves all floors and the speed is slow, it takes time to go up/down by the elevator as we don't want to use it with some other passengers during this pandemic time.
