Very polite staff . Always smiling and willing to help. Arrival lounge needs updating. Seating far too low for elderly people who seem attracted to this lovely riverside hotel Another elevator would help as far too long to walk the length of the hotel if your room is so situated. Enjoyed my short stay.

A lovely stay
Over all a lovely stay. 2 minor jiggles were that it wasn’t easy to use a hair dryer because of plug placement and the pillows were hopeless. Very cheap and hopelessly soft.

Quick stay
We arrived late and had a very early check out so the breakfast bag was very much welcomed. It was a shame that given the number of people staying after the ultra event that they didn’t consider leaving the spa open later for those with aching legs to use…!

The best!
We always have the best stay at the Runnymede and this was no exception. Wonderful service in every area, comfortable and clean room, lovely spa area and outdoor pool, delicious food. Please don't change it too much after all the refurbishments or increase the prices!

Couldn’t be bettered
Greeted by being advised we had been upgraded to an apartment overlooking the river Staff were very excellent throughout our stay - genuine, friendly & helpful Breakfast excellent with numerous choices Ate in at hotel Sunday lunchtime when Carvery is served at £38 per head - whilst initially sounding expensive due to extensive choices for starters, main and dessert plus the quality of food served this is actually tremendously good value Location by the river and closely located to Windsor (£18 Uber taxi fare) is excellent and quiet with lovely walks along riverbank Refurbishments are ongoing following recent change in ownership but these are not obtrusive Will return
